The Letter of Award (LoA) for the Project has been awarded to the Selected Bidder, R&B Greentech LLP, in accordance with the applicable procurement process and the terms and conditions of the tender.

Pursuant to the award of the LoA, Navi Mumbai Environment Project Private Limited (NMEPPL) has been incorporated as the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the implementation and execution of the Project.

The publication of the LoA on this website is intended to promote transparency, public accountability and public confidence in the Project. The disclosure is made solely for the purpose of keeping stakeholders and members of the public informed about the award and the development of the Project.

NMEPPL is committed to maintaining a transparent and accountable approach throughout the implementation of the Project. Accordingly, other relevant project-related documents and information will be made available on this website from time to time, subject to applicable laws, contractual obligations and confidentiality requirements.
